Governors Club Golf Course

Governors Club Golf Course is ranked sixth in the Piedmont Top 10 and 20th in North Carolina, among numerous other distinctions, including being classified as five-star golf. The 27-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed course is carved out of the highest topography in the region, Edwards Mountain. It skirts serene lakes and quiet woodlands and winds through the neighborhoods of the prestigious Governors Club. The course gives the golfer magnificent vistas of all the surveys. Other features include chipping greens, a driving range, a clubhouse, golf carts (pull and motorized), putting green, a Pro Shop, an onsite restaurant, and a snack bar/shop.
